graze is a UK snack brand with factories, offices and a direct-to-consumer business on both sides of the Atlantic. Ahmed ran a team of four engineers across four sites and modernised the whole estate — devices, identity, cloud and virtual desktops — while owning a £1M technology budget.

The brief

Take a multi-site, multi-cloud company from hands-on device builds and scattered logins to a managed, single-sign-on estate — without interrupting production or the online shop.

What was delivered

Devices

  • 300+ Windows 10 devices auto-provisioned through Intune and Windows Autopilot — no imaging, no hands-on builds

  • 200 Windows Virtual Desktop and RemoteApp sessions deployed across London and New Jersey

Identity and SaaS

  • Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning for Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian and Freshservice

Cloud and operations

  • AWS, Azure and Google Cloud managed under one team with a £1M budget covering Google Workspace, AWS and Office 365
  • Secure infrastructure design including the production and industrial systems on the factory floor
  • Led four IT engineers across four sites; vendor management and a continual-improvement process built on incident data
