Soliman Consulting Ltd designs and builds the security that organisations depend on: identity, devices, Microsoft 365 and networks. Founder & principal consultant
Ahmed Soliman is a senior cyber security architect with twenty years in enterprise IT and security. Before founding Soliman Consulting he held senior security and architecture roles across energy, local government, research and technology:
- Energy. Senior cyber security and network engineer on one of Europe's largest LNG developments, designing the security architecture between the operator, the construction contractor and the control-system vendors.
- Local government. Led endpoint and security modernisation for a UK city council: 1,000+ devices moved from imaging and on-premises management to Intune, Autopilot, Defender and Conditional Access.
- Research. Built a locked-down virtual desktop environment on a dedicated identity directory for a national biomedical research organisation handling sensitive data.
- Technology. IT systems architect for a UK engineering-technology company: infrastructure, security posture and audit remediation across a global workforce.
- Enterprise IT. A decade in UK enterprise and managed-service environments before that — Active Directory, data centres, then Azure and Microsoft 365 from their first releases.
