Privacy notice

Soliman Consulting Ltd ("we") is the data controller for personal data collected through soliman.co.uk.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam, which may process your IP address and browser characteristics. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used; no personal data is stored by us for this purpose.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to you) and, where a contract follows, to perform that contract. Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless a business relationship follows.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@soliman.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
